At Desert Adventures, we take resource protection seriously and proudly engage with the paddling community to ensure our river corridor thrives. Our organization acknowledges the significant impact we have on the communities where we operate. We are committed to educating hikers, paddlers, and the public about local regulations to promote environmental stewardship. In instances where areas may become littered, we actively engage volunteers and organize clean-up initiatives to restore these spaces.
Our impactful trash clean-up events and strong emphasis on Leave No Trace principles empower everyone to take responsibility and keep our waterways in pristine condition.

We actively collaborate with federal agencies and partners such as the National Park Service, the Bureau of Land Management, Arizona Fish & Game, Nevada Division of Wildlife, and the National Forest Service to address critical overuse issues, graffiti, litter, etc. By fostering open communication and sharing insights, we work together to tackle these environmental challenges and enhance visitor safety. Our joint efforts focus on raising awareness about the impact overuse, promoting responsible recreation, and implementing strategies that improve the natural beauty and accessibility of these cherished areas for all visitors. Together, we strive to create a cleaner, safer, and more enjoyable experience in our public lands.

A good percentage of our customers are repeat guests. Many learned about us from a friend or relative. And the rest find us through the usual channels (the magic of the interwebs).

Building a great company is hard work, and good reviews can help us grow and strengthen our reputation. Reviews also help other guests make decisions when trying to find a tour that fits their abilities. We celebrate reviews with our employees during our team meetings, so if you use their names and can share a photo or two it helps us recognize their hard work.
